Definition of architecture (by me)

Some people say that architecture commences when some embellishment is added to the building which was not strictly a structural necessity.

The others believe that architecture is based on building, but is something more than building.

So, architecture is not ornament added to building.

Architecture does not consist in beautifying building, but on the contrary, in building beautifully; and this is quite another thing.
